Independent Sales Rep | Team Customs

We're expanding into new markets across Canada.

22Fresh is looking for driven, well-connected individuals to help grow our Team Customs business. People who know their sports community, aren't afraid to start conversations, and have what it takes to turn new connections into long-term business.

From minor hockey and baseball to football, volleyball, and corporate teams & groups, there's a massive market of teams and organizations looking for better custom apparel. We're looking for the right people to help us bring 22Fresh to more teams and communities across Canada.

THE OPPORTUNITY

As an Independent Sales Representative, you'll be responsible for growing 22Fresh Team Customs in your market.

You'll connect with teams, coaches, associations, and organizations, introduce them to our custom apparel programs, and help bring their ideas to life working with our design team.

You'll have access to an established brand, a catalogue with a wide range of products, and the tools and support to help you sell.

  • You're confident in approaching new people, starting conversations, and developing business relationships.

  • You understand how minor sports organizations operate and who makes purchasing decisions.

  • You're motivated by sales, comfortable working independently, and proactive about finding new opportunities.

  • You're organized, responsive, and capable of managing multiple customers and projects.

  • You see the potential to build a strong customer base across multiple sports, teams, and organizations.

Previous sales experience is an asset, but the ability to connect with people and generate new business matters most.

Job Description:

We are currently seeking a Clothing Customization Operator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating machinery designed to customize clothing. You must be detail-oriented and have a keen eye for quality craftsmanship. You will work with a team of experienced professionals who are dedicated to providing our customers with the best possible products.

Job Title: Warehouse Staff (Part-Time)

Company: 22Fresh

Job Type: Part-Time

Job Summary:

Reporting to management you will assist your team and our customers by keeping track of available inventory, organizing and storing products as well as overseeing deliveries and shipments. You’re organized, have great attention to detail, and are strong enough to lug a few boxes around. But most importantly, you’re a team player who will ensure customer quality expectations and manage internal product flow. 

 

Our ideal candidate has savvy organizational and communication skills, a strong will to learn and an ability to work collaboratively with others in a fast-paced sales environment. You’re a jack of all trades – packaging and shipping orders while also keeping the warehouse organized, clean and safe. You like things methodical and steady, but you know that business sometimes calls for fast and frenzied action, and you can make it happen! 

 

Responsibilities

  • Thorough understanding of shipping regulations and working knowledge of warehouse safety;
  • Conduct regular weekly/monthly cycle counts of all products in inventory;
  • Ensure inventory discrepancies are acted upon accordingly by notifying management
  • Ensure all inventory transactions are completed accurately and timely.
  • Facilitate timely completion of all daily orders 
  • Ensure daily/weekly tasks are completed to maintain cleanliness and organization.

Skills needed to crush it:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication; 
  • Strong organization and time management;
  • Ability to work independently as well as a part of a team;
  • High attention to detail paired with the ability to multitask;
  • Effective critical thinking and problem-solving skills
