The candidates primary responsibility will be to provide the customer with outstanding service, increase company sales, and grow the SQUAD brand. The ideal candidate will have a passion for athletes and the life they live both on and off the field of play. This role requires an energetic, creative, process-driven and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills.
The candidate will have numerous opportunities to grow within our company
Diligently follow internal processes and follow up on leads generated by supported marketing initiatives.
Provide customers with second to none customer service throughout the life cycle of the transaction.
Maintain regular contact with customers to understand needs and generate new business.
Awesome organizational skills and the ability to work in a fast paced environment while multitasking.
Excellent communication skills, both in-person and written.
