Job Title: Warehouse Staff (Part-Time)

Job Summary:
Reporting to management you will assist your team and our customers by keeping track of available inventory, organizing and storing products as well as overseeing deliveries and shipments. You’re organized, have great attention to detail, and are strong enough to lug a few boxes around. But most importantly, you’re a team player who will ensure customer quality expectations and manage internal product flow.
Our ideal candidate has savvy organizational and communication skills, a strong will to learn and an ability to work collaboratively with others in a fast-paced sales environment. You’re a jack of all trades – packaging and shipping orders while also keeping the warehouse organized, clean and safe. You like things methodical and steady, but you know that business sometimes calls for fast and frenzied action, and you can make it happen!
Responsibilities
- Thorough understanding of shipping regulations and working knowledge of warehouse safety;
- Conduct regular weekly/monthly cycle counts of all products in inventory;
- Ensure inventory discrepancies are acted upon accordingly by notifying management
- Ensure all inventory transactions are completed accurately and timely.
- Facilitate timely completion of all daily orders
- Ensure daily/weekly tasks are completed to maintain cleanliness and organization.

- Excellent verbal and written communication;
- Strong organization and time management;
- Ability to work independently as well as a part of a team;
- High attention to detail paired with the ability to multitask;
