In-Store Returns and Exchanges
Looking to return or exchange your purchase? If for any reason, you are unhappy with your purchase (or if the product is defective in any way), you may return the item(s) in its original form, unworn and unwashed to the 22Fresh Retail store located at 1300 8th Ave, Garage Door C, Regina, SK.
Returns must have: original tags; and original packaging.
We reserve the right to charge a reasonable restocking fee if products are returned with missing or damaged content. Returns and exchanges only apply to products that have been purchased directly from 22Fresh.com or a 22Fresh store location. Purchases made from any of our licensed retail partners will not be accepted, and are subject to the licensed retailers return and exchange policies. We will fully refund your purchase within 14 days if the item is unwashed, unworn and the original tags remain intact. You may exchange items or be issued a store credit for your product within 30 days of your original purchase if the item is unwashed, unworn and the original tags remain.

Submit a Return Request
Click the button below and follow the return request instructions.
1. Log in to your account. In the Email field, enter your email address, and then click Continue.
2. In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
3. Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.
4. Click the order that you want to submit the return for.
5. If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
6. Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
7. Click Request return.
If your return request is approved and requires shipping, then you will receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. After the product is returned, you will receive a refund.
