I bought my wife a hoodie for xmas as she is a U of R alumni. The hoodie is beautiful and extremely well made. She loved it, but unfortunately it was too large. I asked for an exchange and was told that for this item in particular there are no exchanges/returns. As the website and email are constantly reminding us of a reasonable return policy, I am quite shocked and dismayed. As a long time customer and vociferous supporter of 22fresh I am very disillusioned with this business practice of yours which seems out-of-touch with the industry.
